Everything was okay. The lady working there greeted me nicely and started my order. But when i asked her to grill my sandwich she refused to do say. She said that it would be messy and that she is unable to do so. This happened again when i visited recently at this subway. She refused again. I dont understand. If its messy then isnt it your job to clean the mess. What do you mean? I am payinv 11 dollars for my subway and she cant even grill it. Unacceptable. This has bever happened to me at other subways. Every other subway always grill it for me jo matter how many veggies or sauces i ask them to add. Change your tactics or change the staff.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, as I do almost every day at different Subway stores around Edmonton since it’s my lunch during my break. I always order extra lettuce and extra spinach. Normally, I either receive it directly, or if it’s not enough, I go to the counter and politely ask for more.

This time, my sandwiches had about 4 spinach leaves and just a little bit of lettuce. I went to the counter as usual to ask for more, and to my surprise, the woman who helped me (she had no name tag on her uniform; I can only describe her as wearing glasses and having a dot on her forehead) told me NO. I even showed her my receipt where it clearly says I ordered “more,” but she insisted it was already enough, and she said it in a very aggressive way.

I explained that having only 4 spinach leaves is not “more,” and then she demanded that I hand over my sandwich so she could add some. When I gave it to her, she snatched it aggressively and kept arguing that I shouldn’t be asking because it was already enough.

No customer should ever feel like they’re begging for food, especially for something the app allows us to add without an extra charge. I understand she might not like her job—I’ve also worked in fast food before—but no matter how much you dislike it, you can’t take it out on customers. This was a very unpleasant experience, and now I fully understand why this location has such poor reviews.

Went to order a sub and the lettuce was almost empty and turning brown, so I asked if I could have some fresh lettuce. They told me they didn't have any, so this half tub of brown lettuce was all the had left for the rest of the day? More than likely the person didn't want to replace the lettuce, like how unearthly lazy do you have to be to not want to do your job.

I came to that store today, and one of the staff there is wearing a lot of jewelry while serving food. Is subway allowed to wear jewelry? I ask who she is, and someone said she is the manager? I said what? Manager should know the rule when it comes to fastfood. She should be a model in her staff. Shes not a good manager, honestly. I dont like her.

The girl working there today was wearing the same gloves she used for other and touching all the equipment without changing to make my food. And when I told her that’s not right and she should change her gloves she got mad and was like that’s our policy and got an attitude. It was very very gross the other lady did change her gloves in between and washed her hand the younger girl needs to be talked to.

Berrating young worker over small error . Should not be allowed to instigate and escalate with young staff or customers.

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The Indian lady at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when I politely asked if she could add a little more vegetables to my order. Instead of handling the request with basic courtesy, she sharply responded, “No, we cannot — we don’t have that much veggies,” in a very unprofessional tone.

I was shocked by her attitude. As a paying customer, I expect at least some level of respect and politeness. She completely wasted my time and ruined my mood. If she can’t handle basic customer interaction, she should not be in a service role.

I urge the owner or management to acknowledge and address this kind of behavior seriously. One rude employee can damage the reputation of your entire establishment. Please train your staff to treat customers with decency and not arrogance. I will definitely be reconsidering whether I return again.

Worst ever experience. I ordered footlong, the bread was sail bread. Quantity and quality is extremely worst. Style to preparing and wrapping food is so poor. Workers are to rude.

The server reshma was very rude. And when asked her to be little polite she replied that i have 35 years of experience and if you don’t like it so don’t come back again. How rude this was.

Horrible Experience with the worker, I ordered two subs with a coupon and when I asked for the vegetables all I wanted was extra olives and I got told you’re saving all this money from The coupon, Not giving you extra olives , Instead, I got like six or seven on the entire sub horrible Customer service

Portions small. Server was rude. Seemed if u wanted more than 2 cucumber slices it was asking too much. Also she was upset by a man wanting more than nine leaves of spinach on his footong. She told him ypu have to pay for extra topping.
