Was in line with another person in front of me for 10 minutes waiting for the person in the back to even notice there were customers. Then they slugged their way over. You're in a food court, you should probably expect customers to want to order frequently.

I visited this location today October 4th,2023 @12:55pm and the manager of the store was very rude to the employee when the girl didn’t know which type of cookie I was asking. The manager was saying to her in a very mean and loud tone “that’s the cookie, this is macadamia” and when I said to the manager that “you can be nicer to your colleague and show her in a nice way which cookie is what” her reply to me was “I have shown her so many times” . This is unacceptable!!!! Treating your colleague that way. Never again supporting this location!
Horrible customer service ever! I visited this subway location, and it was a worst experience ever!First, the lady named Reshma doesn't know how to talk with customers. She was very rude and arrogant. First, when I asked for options for veggie wraps and sandwiches, she couldn't understand the English and was yelling at me instead. I don't like her attitude at all. So, I asked the white girl there, and she nicely explained to me the veggie options for wraps and sandwiches. Also, when preparing my order, she arrogantly smacked down the bottle of Chipotle sauce.If you don't like your work, then why are you even doing it. There are so many deserving candidates waiting to serve much better to their customers. Just give them a chance. Not recommended at all.

They don't swap out their veggies often enough, the sub I ordered had discolored veggies that smelled rank, didn't feel good after

The worst site ever i visited.The service attendant did n’t follow the instructions.The way of talking was unprofessional and arrogant.The packing of my sub was very poor.Don’t wanna go again there.

I typically don't like food courts but this time I had a great experience the woman working was very pleasant an easy to deal with however she did cheap out a little on the veggies .. I'm sure she would have given me more had I asked but I did not so no problem .. overall good food good service.. will
