I did online order , so order ready time 7:40 pm , when I arrived at restaurant is not ready but according to app it’s shows ready , why u guys not increase the time if u not ready on time.

I bought a footlong teriyaki today at this location. Chicken porcine is very less. Staff is so rude. Definitely not recommend anyone to go at this place. I am not going back again.

The place was really busy when j showed up but the line seemed to move pretty fast. The employee was very fast and efficient, the sub was pretty good. Although it makes zero sense, buying a cold cut combo and Italian bmt wjth a coupon as buy one get one, but they know customers will obviously get a pop and chips or a cookie with it. Ends up saving $4 total which isn't much of a coupon in my opinion. Other than that the food was good, and the pop didn't have that flat taste like most machines do. A lot cheaper than fast food places plus you get left overs, so might be my new go to place for Friday night take out. I dont think the other reviews reflect this establishment as I had a good experience.

The worst foot long I have ever had in our lives. My husband ordered 2 chicken teriyaki footlongs and they both had barely any chicken in them. The taste was very bland as if they forgot to add enough dressings. In our order,we requested for more green peppers spinach and more south west dressing but there was barely enough vegetables in both the footlongs.It seemed like the staff was saving the food for themselves. We ordered it online so they made the footlongs before we reached and that's why we couldn't see if they put enough quantity of everything.I feel like I got cheated by spending my money on the food which was not in sufficient quantity and also it tasted very bland.I wish I could give them 0 star

Today, I had an extremely unsatisfactory encounter at Subway that physically and figuratively left me with a bad taste in my mouth. First of all, I entered the business without being welcomed, which gave off a somewhat unwelcoming vibe.The situation worsened when I discovered a hair in my sub, which almost immediately caused me to get nauseous. Their cleaning standards are seriously questioned because it's perplexing how such a fundamental part of food hygiene was disregarded.Adding to it, I had to keep telling employee to add more vegetables as she was putting very less topping everytime, They could not hear my order the first time, and their lack of effort to clarify or pay attention made the ordering process frustrating and impersonal.Adding to this, when I was asked to pay extra for side sauce. This certainly took away from the overall value of the dinner, as it felt like a nickel-and-dime approach.In summary, my experience at Subway fell very short of my expectations. I have no interest in going back because of the inadequate portions, bad hygiene, and bad customer service. No client should have to undergo such a depressing dining experience, so I hope that this comment is taken seriously.

No greeting when i entered, the person putting together my order had no idea what they were doing and the manager/shift leader was no where around to help them even use the equipment. My toppings and meat was skimpy. They sure take 'skimpflation' to a whole new level. When I asked for mustard on my sandwich they didn't have any. How could you be out of a main condiment? Only 1 cookie option available. Would not go to this location, even out of convenience.

Sitting here waiting for my catering order, which was supposed to have been ready for pickup 45 minutes ago, is the reason for this would be 0 star review. Sure, forgetting is a human mistake. But I put in that order two weeks prior for a specific time to ensure a party was catered. And I called several times the morning of to confirm my order, to no answer. "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it, especially since there was one customer in the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all.Absolutely appalling.

I have visited this place a few times out of convenience. But the costumer service is by far the worst I have experienced. The one lady here is so rude and entitled doesn’t care for the costumers at all and they don’t care how your sandwich turns out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Unless you want to your day ruined lol.

THERE WAS LADY AT FRONT , don’t know how to talk with customer. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I did order online and I just got very small foot long nothing in their properly. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SHOULD NOT IN THE STORE UNTILL SHE KNOWS HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER.My MONEY IS WASTE , I am regular customer but I will not go back because of her bad attitude and very less veggie in my foot long.

The cucumbers were roten and she put them on my sub I ask for her to take them off... she did in a huff... and put them backto use again..... her shirt was covered in mayo and very dirty pants.... was so gross I will never go there again.... she was so rude!!!!
