I had a great experience at Subway, thanks to Harjeet. She was friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service.
Giving 3 stars mainly because the location is very busy but seems seriously short-staffed. I actually feel bad for the employee who was trying to handle almost everything alone.
The owner should realize how important customers’ time is. Some people are coming during a limited lunch or work break and cannot wait a long time. One employee cannot be expected to manage everything at a busy location.
