We went to order a Veggie Sub around 2 pm today, customer service was poor. We are not new in canada we know what goes in veggie sandwich, employee Nimrat prepared our sandwich. She was full of attitude and her way of speaking was really bad she was rude whole the time. please do train your staff how to behave with customers. We will never come back to this location and will never recommend anyone else to try out your store.

At 7:42, dinning was closed as the chairs were upside down on the tables…. And to my disbelief, there was no MUSIC, infact Punjabi news in the radio UNBELIEVABLE and TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I wish I could post 0 stars for this location. We went there at 5:30 and the store closes at 10 on saturday. We asked the girl at the front, that can we dine in and have our food. The girl replied, NO because we are cleaning the area right now and starting wrapping up the dinning area. This is ridiculous! Why would a food place say NO to dine in when they freaking close at 10pm??? They need to know and learn how to be poliet with customers. I wish I could reach the manager or the owner of the location!

I ordered one of the rice bowls on the app for pickup and had my sister pick it up for me on her way home from the dollar store. When I got it they had made it incorrectly and added a sauce that wasn't asked for. I had to drive all the way back there to have it remade. Then had the employees there say something in their native tongue and looking at me like I was the one in the wrong for asking for what I ordered. It was remade for me but was awful. The rice was extremely undercooked, the veggies tasted off and although I had asked for extra sauce there was barely any. I ended up just picking out the chicken and tossing the rest. Supreme waste of time and money. I definitely recommend choosing a different location for a subway craving.

Horrible customer service. Everytime they forget to add baked chips on my account. Had a v rude conversation with the person over phone. She refused to tell her name... Garbage service. She was acting she is doing favor on me by giving chips next time. My son id a special need. Why dont you deliver order properly. Please use your eyes. She refuse to give call to her supervisor. Please refrain buying from this location. Bundle of jokers. Shameless. I am going to reach out Subway head Office

Got attitude from the employee when asking for a few more cucumber and they told me no I wasn't allowed, the veggies looked soggy cucumber was going bad , all in all I would not go to this subway I would rather go to McDonald's and eat garbage then come back here ever again

Disappointing experience at Subway. Two employees were speaking a language I couldn't understand and laughing while looking at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. This is my second visit and i got same service. The girl who made the sandwich i wish i know her name was so rude and the bread they used was tooo hard literally i ate 2-3 bites and i throw it. I read also other customers review 80% are negative why dont you trained them properly. Very disappointed visit

Did not made as.per my ordered and the tast was not good too And the atmosphere was not quite the staff was speaking some other language and making fun an loud laughing during my present Will not visit this location for sure

I asked the girl in the front about the spicy sauce which she added a lot without asking me about my tolerance level. I was afraid that I can’t eat that much. When I asked her a suggestion she was arguing for long time the she never tried and don’t know and she have no interest to find it out from her manager or colleague. She said that she only gives info after she eat and tastes every food there lol. So rude she was. She advised me that’s the rule. Not a great service. I don’t blame the store.

Too many tables for anyone to sit down. Food standard and reasonable but suggest you use the app because the two workers were too busy for the volume of requests. We were going to eat in but decided to eat out
