Little disappointed that onions were added to both my delivery orders, when none were added from my side.
Other than that, the food was decent and arrived in a timely fashion.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki and the scoop she was using was half empty. What’s the point of using a standardized scoop if you’re not going to use it properly? Meanwhile I go to other subways and they actually fill my sandwich up properly. They also charged me $15.74 when it was only supposed to be $13.53 on the app.
Never coming back here again.

Food was good no complaints there. However the whole time I am there they were blasting christian religious music. This is a public place why are we forced to listen to jesus music? Not everyone likes this stuff. Play the damn normal radio or turn off the music.

I eat there at least four times a week since that location opened. Very friendly staff. I should know all there names but only one I remember is May. All the staff are very friendly.

I went here lunch hour and the line is so miserable..but the staff are manage to get all the order in proper time , not to waste your break hours..they have a system how they made your subs..All the staff are in great and friendly service even they so busy..
March 10th. Showed the girl my coupon for a rice bowl.
She filled the bowl half way.
It's usually full to the top when you pay 12.50 but my coupon said 8 bucks so she gave me 8 bucks worth of rice bowl.
In closing , don't show the coupon before you pay.

I had to tell the subway sandwich maker that their lettuce was aged - it had copper tips on all the edges. She was reluctant to change out the lettuce but I insisted and she thankfully changed it out for fresh lettuce ☺️

So disappointed i don’t eat pork or red meat but everytime i ask to change gloves they give me a dirty look or a big sigh . The new girl working even laughed at me when i asked ! No regardless to customer service and peoples needs ! They will make pork sub and immediately grab turkey ! And I can tell they’re not changing their gloves when prepping ! Just because they eat every meat they think you should be ok with it also . So frustrating trying to get lunch at this point t I’m going to drive further to another location that has professionalism ! Subway franchise really getting bad franchising to people that have no regards for people’s health ? Especially when the point of subway is to be more healthy ! They even want to handle money and not change gloves !
These people make me sick with their disgusting behaviour ! Stay far from this location ‘
App is garbage. Can't order foos on app. Staff is meh
Terrible experience. Choked on some weird strip of orange wax paper, notified them through an email not looking for anything. They told me it’s the outside of a banana pepper.. when I showed them the paper itself they told me they do not work with anything that would resemble orange wax paper and it must be someone I know playing a prank on me and putting paper in my food….
Believe me if it was a friend… it would have been way worse than a tiny piece of wax paper.
When not looking for anything in return a simple we are sorry would have gone the distance.

The service at Subway was notably unsatisfactory. The cleanliness of the tables appeared to lack sufficient attention, and it seemed as though the staff were engaged in their phones rather than focusing on customer service. This wasn't the professional and pleasant dining experience one would anticipate.
