La Cocina Latina offers amazing food with authentic flavor, including the quesabirria (10/10), Don Birria, chipotle chicken, and fresh churros. The quesabirria is so delicious that an order for two is enough. The mango habanero sauce is amazing for those who like spicy, and the De leche cake is made fresh and looks really nice. Portions are pretty decent. The service is friendly and fantastic, with helpful staff for newcomers, though it can be slow—one wait was 50 minutes for just one order. The space is very small, cozy, and a bit bland, located in an industrial park, but Latin music creates an authentic feeling. It gets packed at lunch and on weekends, sometimes requiring a half-hour wait for a table. Despite the small size, the food never fails to please, and every visit has been a success. Customers recommend placing this on a bucket list or making it a regular place to visit, as the authentic Latin cuisine feels like going south.
