Barley give you meat don't go here

When I order my sub online, I expect it to meet the normal standards of subway. There's no way they put the proper portion of meat on my sub. In my experience when they start cheaping out on the food the business soon fails.

I don't know how yall mess up a sub as bad as you did but honestly it's a little impressive. We ordered online, and they really just threw whatever they felt like on it. Literally every veggie that we didn't want, including peppers, onions, olives and some random sauce that doesn't even go on the canadian club. The guy at the counter was so nice, so I hate having to be upset, but gosh darnit did my sub suck.

It's always a hit or miss with this location. I'll do the mobile online thing at least half an hour notice or whatever, and half the time it's not complete when i get there but will say completed on the app. With doing the mobile order they mess up stuff half the time.

I didn't get to eat anything because I waited in line up just for the lady to start making subs for an Uber eats order or something like that. I asked if she could make my one sub before she makes those five subs but she refused it and said she had to get them completed right now. I didn't have the time to wait. Very disappointing.

I go to this location every Thursday morning. The excellent service I get from Nawre Z is what brings me back. Even other customers tell me that she is their favorite, too. If she isn't there it just isn't the same. The food is great and our family always counts on getting a tasty lunch or meal at Subway, even when traveling. But nothing beats our local Subway and Nawre.

Do not go to this Subway store. You will experience the worst customer service here. If you happen to visit this store, be sure to get a receipt. They overcharged me, and if I hadn't received the receipt, I wouldn't have known about the additional $2 charge. However, if you request a refund for an incorrect receipt, be prepared for the laughter of the staff and a 30-minute wait. As a consumer, I requested a card payment refund and a re-payment, but they refused, claiming they didn't have the authority. So I called the manager to request a refund, but they refused, citing ridiculous reasons like the manager being busy, and I received the absurd response, "that's not my problem~." After persistent requests, they finally called the manager, and I was able to get a refund in 30 minutes. However, during the final refund process, they mocked the customer, which was extremely unpleasant. Why can't they admit their mistakes and why do they mock customers here? I had the worst experience here.

Rashian (spelling?) was AMAZING at making our sandwiches. Normally we need to ask 2 or three times for enough of [insert topping] but she pulled through perfectly and did a flawless amount on each topping. 10/10 best subway service ive ever received.

I visited this store today around 12. No matter what the comments says but the young woman who works at the store provided me with really good service. Customers were waiting in a queue, but I was amazed by how two young girls handled every customer with grace and calmness. Overall, I thought the service and meal were excellent. I appreciate the most amazing experience.

100% would not recommend due to staff attitude. Such a disappointing experience a this location. My husband , step son and I went there for some lunch. We had asked the cashier/ sandwich artist to give us meals. Our total was very high and when my husband sat down I noticed we did not get our cookies we asked for. When I asked for our cookies we were met with hostility and confrontation. Instead of handing it with a simple and unrude answer she made sure to handle it with the most confrontation I have experienced in a while. If she explained that she did not hear us ask 3 times to make ours a meal I would have said "my apologizes next time we will be more clear" she instead started to attack me verbally calling me a liar and making me out to feel like I was in the wrong and stupid for not being more clear the again 3 times we told her to make all ours a meal with drinks. My step son was was not impressed with not getting cookies as well. Right after this happened another gentleman came in from what I could guess was an online order which was wrong and when he asked to correct this again it was the customer blaming attitude. I will note the music that was on for the customer was barely playing and the music for the workers was so loud we could hardly talk at the table while we where eating.

This place is VERY consistent, consistently rude,that is. Horrible customer service. Soul-sucking vibes! Every time I've been in I've been shocked. The owner is horrible or is it manager, probably both and so are the staff. I just watched them ask a young family if they were planning on ordering who were dining in and getting situated with their toddler in a high chair, etc. It's clear they are going to order, who wants to loiter in subway??? They won't let you use the bathroom until after you pay no matter what! I won't exaggerate and say the sandwich isn't decent, it's a standard subway sandwich, but I'm done with these horrible people. Clearly, they've had some run ins with homeless people in the area and clearly they lack any compassion or imagination at all or any ability to recognize regular paying customers from those less fortunate. At least they treat everyone horrible in equal measure. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!

Just went in to grab lunch had to use the bathroom first and the lady refused to let me use the bathroom. Not only that she laughed at me just now because I had to pee so bad. I don’t recommend this subway. Drive down the road to the next one !
