Fast , good food and friendly staff

So we went to grab dinner there around 9:45, I couldn’t see her name but she wore glasses, first thing when we entered we weren’t greeted thats okay employees might be busy but the thing that annoyed me the most was having earphones on when on shift, I specifically told her to put pickles 2times yet again she gave me “spinach” instead likee come on. When we asked her for the receipt at the end she couldn’t hear that too like is that hard to pause your damm music and take your personal headset off when working. Never coming back at this location again.
I have not tried the food there, but the service they provide is horrible. I would like to meet with the manager or supervisor, but the staff is extremely rude. They do not even specify what kind of service they offer, which is extremely annoying. How can you run your store without hiring a manager or supervisor?

Very sad what happen to this location. Ordered food from the app and it was not edible, contacted customer service to try and return it they sent me one email saying it would never happen again I didn't say anything about returning it I can eat it it's not edible. They don't seem to care about the customers no more see my old review in the pic of this store sad what happen here.

I visited Subway recently and found the experience quite disappointing. The sandwich I ordered was made hastily, resulting in uneven toppings and a lack of flavor. The ingredients didn’t seem as fresh as I had hoped, and the bread was a bit stale. Additionally, the staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which made the ordering process frustrating. Overall, it didn’t live up to the usual standards, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

One of the employees doesn’t swap their gloves/wash their hands after dealing with the cash/debit machine. I’ve witnessed this multiple times. Personally I find that gross, but maybe that’s just me.

Subway is my last choice for subs. Feels more preserved than fresh. Only would come here in a pinch for food. The employees look so miserable. Just a sad place.

Never really give reviews but yesterday the girl was making faces if i asked her to put capsicum, onion and sauce. Third class experience. I came home disappointed and didn’t even had the sub, gave it to my friend. I understand if someone is exhausted by working whole day. But you never know your customer is also exhausted by working whole day.

Had teriyaki chicken, Nashville hot chicken & veggie patty footlong. The service was so poor, the staff was so bad they didn’t even greeted us with a smile and while serving they were making faces and worst experience while dining in and we didn’t even dined in because of that, our mood got so off coz of their behaviour. Never coming back to this subway.

We ordered 150 lunches for a youth group passing through town. These guys were amazing! Extremely thorough and professional and were exactly on time. I would highly recommend using them!

I asked for all the veggies and they ran my sub thru the fackin garden.
After that i put a couple used bandaids in it and gave it to a beggar.
Im sure it was delicious.
I wasnt about to eat it. Jared ate those things and i dont wanna turn out like him:/

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent mobile order experience at this Subway location. When I picked up my sub, I noticed it didn't taste as good as it usually does - something was off. Upon closer inspection, I realized the sub was dry and lacking in sauce, and to my surprise, there was no cheese at all! I tried to contact the location, but despite their promise to review the security footage, I never heard back. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also didn't offer any apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I even requested a partial refund due to the missing cheese, but that was ignored as well. It was a mobile order so it could’ve been credited back to my account easily.
As a loyal customer who has been frequenting this location for years due to its convenience, I'm shocked and disheartened by the lack of attention to detail, customer service, and basic courtesy. It's been a month since my initial complaint, and I've yet to receive any response or resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer be returning to this Subway location.

Weekends service is relatively bad with the Asian couple. Don’t know if they are the owners. Definitely could use some training in customer service.
