Suvai Dosa's is a must-visit spot for delicious South Indian cuisine. The idli, rasam, and sambhar are exceptional, with the chicken curry being a standout favorite. Vegetarian options are plentiful, and the masala dosa and Plain dosa are described as amazingly authentic. The service is outstanding, making it a highly recommended dining experience. One of the best briyani in Canada is available, with sambar also excellent. The dosa was really tasty and perfectly made, with polite and attentive service. They offer a wonderful experience of hospitality, with medu vada, kothu parotta, and filter coffee being exceptional. For a good south indian tamil restaurant, look no further. The service staff was very nice. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean, a cozy gem with a simple but perfect ambience. The dosas are crispy, fresh, and perfectly spiced, with delicious chutneys and sambar. It is the only restaurant in town that has a millet option, like the Ragi masala dosa. The egg kottu parota was also quite tasty.
