2018: Food is really good. Staff are typically friendly. Usually really busy at this location, which is always a good sign! Even when it's busy, always had my drinks refilled and food delivered in a very quick manner!Update April 2024:Came here with a friend and absolutely loved our server! She was so kind, funny and personable. She even ran to Superstore to get us Coke since they only serve Pepsi! ;) The food was tasty as always!
Ordered appetizer it came just started eating and the main course comes out. The fries were terrible some were double fried and cold. My chicken quesadilla was not very hot either. Can nobody get good, hot food anymore.

We attended South Common Mall's Swiss Chalet location. We love Swiss Chalet and make sure we come every trip to Edmonton, as our smaller city does not have one. On this Sunday April 14, we were welcomed by a cheerful male host who seated us.
