I ordered delivery from here and was unimpressed to say the least. I paid 17$ for a big salad for everyone and it barely fed my small elderly grandmother. The side salad was exactly the same size and I couldn’t believe how badly I got ripped off. I ordered a big gravy and they gave me chalet sauce instead which is not good. The portion sizes are embarrassing for the price you pay. Better off at Montanas or even a grocery store chicken. I will never order here again

Ugh, the service was awful. There was hair in my food, greeter didn't speak English very well then got upset with me when i asked to repeat, so they messed up my order twice. My poutine was cold and clumpy, and they left dirty dishes in front of me for ages. I couldn't get anyone's attention for a long time, and it took forever to get the bill. Seriously, go somewhere else.

I had a mix-up with my pickup order that accidentally got sent to the wrong Swiss Chalet location. The staff member at the front went above and beyond — he called the other store right away, had my order cancelled and refunded, and then personally made sure my food was prepared quickly at the correct location.
He was super kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy. The food was great and the customer service was even better. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be returning!

I have been in the drive through long enough that my kid could've learned to talk, do long division, draft the Eiffel tower, hatch an egg, raise it to adulthood, and then kill it for chicken and I'd STILL BE HERE. My last half hour has reeked of cigarettes , the employees shouldn't be smoking beside the drive through. Any time I get fries from this location they come in a nice soggy steamy bag that turns them into mulch. I hope I get through this drive through before my hypothetical kid graduates.

I usually have ok experience here but I came with my son at 8 pm and we waited 15 minutes and nobody came around and then there was nobody around to even ask to order. We ended up going to Boston Pizza across the lot. So I’m leaving this review as a coaching opportunity. Thanks.

The restaurant was a little loud but it was a happy kind of loud as everybody seemed to be enjoying the service and the food. The young ladies that were serving were stretched as the place was absolutely packed, and I can see why. One of the best Swiss chalets I've ever been in. Hadn't been to this one in five or six years but it sure didn't disappoint
