Swiss Chalet South Common has went down in the Take Out service in last couple of years. 3 times in a row they forgot something we ordered and paid for.. once was a cheese sauce, once a coleslaw and once dessert. The restaurant dining-in is exceptional and excellent. But whoever is doing the Take-Out Orders is NOT detailed oriented, and is careless, and rushed.
Its very sad when you love a restaurant but they are not priding themselves in excellence. You have one important job doing take-out orders… to make sure you get the order right❗ Tripple check the order, take your time reading it so you dont miss anything, check again when you hand order to customer. Its not hard but for some reason they dont have quality staff that pays attention to details. Details are EVERYthing. If it happens once ok maybe we can give some grace but 3 times in a row is crazy! Cant trust them anymore☹
