We ordered catering for our company’s work celebration. The team at Taco Time went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed with prompt service. We had some issues ordering online, so the store manager said to come in and order. We did and they were able to help us with everything we needed!Everyone at the function loved the food and said it was the best catering we had gotten in a long time. The hot sauces were a big hit, and so were the home made chips! Everything was fresh, hot and perfectly packaged. We will 100% be ordering from this location again!When we went to pick up the food, the restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and attentive and were very helpful! Definitely a fantastic experience to say the least. Thank you all again!Vegetarian options: They had great vegetarian options for all our veg staff!

Taco time has always just been basic, plain, Mexican-style cuisine.Tater tots, and low grade ground beef, with some plain toppings.This location has managed to lower the bar on food court Mexican food.The tacos we had were terrible, barely any filling, and pretty weak shells.Not only was the food pretty bad, but it was also way, way more expensive than it should be for the quality of food you anticipate.I will never return.

I went here once. Mexi fries were rock hard like they were old or stale. Burrito was cold. Service was quick and friendly but food wasn't up to par. The best TacoTime location with consistently good food is in St. Albert. All other locations have consistently let me down in terms of food quality or service, and this new location is no different. Even the one in Ambleside has cold burritos and insanely long wait times in the drive thru.
