Taipan Cafe Reviews

A unique low-key HK-style restaurant located in the heart of Chinatown. It's not located in the best area but it's not a bad place to get a quick meal on a lazy day. Every time I go I fall for the Cheese-pork-spaghetti/ or the cheese-pork-rice. Or the pork noodle soup. Parking is not the best either but prices are reasonable and restaurant interior is very casual.

In search of a low carb lunch We strolled through Chinatown Hitting Taipan, a place with punch We entered and sat down. A waitress dressed in red and black Described chop sueys on offer Chicken, beef, Special, Shrimp And none would break our coffer. Condiments hot and salty Surely gave a hand To a dish, though large and very fresh, Tasted somewhat bland. Tea cups were filled often So I really have no barbs For a meal of ten dollars With very little carbs.

Lunch at Taipan today! Always fast, fresh and tasty! I have been going here for more than 20 years and have always had a good experience. If you are going for lunch, and the weather is nice, you may want to get there a bit early as it can get quite busy. The puffy green onion cakes are best in class!
