The takoyaki was really good and their food is always made fresh which makes the food even more tasty! Also, their food is very filling which is great when you’re tired and hungry from shopping or exploring within the West Edmonton Mall!

A lot of trucks at the Fringe to choose from, and we went with Takopo. Tried the flamed salmon nigiri, and it was quite good. Before ordering we asked if it was made fresh or prepared earlier (we weren’t looking for prepackaged grocery store sushi). What we received was freshly prepared, and we were happy with that. The takoyaki was done of the best I've ever had. Most places serve it so hot I can't eat it for five minutes, but this came out of the kitchen at the perfect temperature.

My only complaint is that it did take a while. And it took a little too long for the cashier to notice me. I also rated atmosphere a 3 because it was a food court booth and there's only so much they can do in that tiny space.
