We ate here for the first time today and it was delicious. We shared a 32 Oz Peanut Satay Bowl and a bowl of Wicked Thai Chicken Soup. Both were fresh and delicious. It was the perfect amount for two of us.

My wife and I are visiting Edmonton for a couple days. We ate there on the first day and we enjoyed it so much that we ate again the next day. Everything was so fresh. The portion was large enough to feel full and it was prepared in a health conscious way. Great taste and value. The owners were very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.

My husband and I went to The Bowl for the 1st time last night and couldn't wait to go back there again tonight! Last night we had the Peanut Satay Bowl with rice noodles...it was a flavor bomb! The veggies were so fresh and crisp..it's clear that the veggies are prepared on the same day they are served. And the peanut sauce is homemade..delicious! Tonight I had the Creamy Chipotle Bowl with rice and again, everything so fresh and delicious...another flavor bomb!! Great food, great portions and great value! I enjoyed meeting the owners who were very friendly and welcoming! We are only in Edmonton for these 2 nights but will definitely go back to The Bowl when we return!

I am from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. The location is excellent and was only a 3 minute walk. The owner/ server (Dixit I think) is so personable and the food was incredible. I cannot rave enough about this place!! If you haven’t already been there,,,,, GO!!!

The hours online say it’s open. They did not even update the long weekend hours, did not answer the phone and left no voice mail indicating the change of hours. I drove from the south side to try this place, came to find out it was closed.
Excellent customer service, helpful accommodating and patient, fresh ingredients, great meal at a good price and lots of GF options! A must try.
