A bit on the pricey side but my boyfriend and I love seafood. The atmosphere is fun and the flavours amazing. This has become a tradition restaurant for my boyfriend’s birthday supper!
Waitress explained the large menu and options throughly. Food was excellent and it was fun to eat!

The Captain's Boil is a popular seafood restaurant known for its unique and fun dining experience. The food is served in a plastic bag, except for the rice and lobster bisque, which are served in a bowl. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the Captain's Platter, calamari, and oyster appetizers. Many customers have enjoyed their first seafood boil, finding it a super amazing experience that is messy, yummy, and fun, making it perfect for families.
A highlight is the lobster boil with the Captain's sauce, which many guests praise. The meal is often described as the best ever, with massive lobster and perfect sides of corn and potato. The service at The Captain's Boil is frequently noted to be friendly and attentive, with servers creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is also regarded as kid-friendly, making it a good choice for families.
While some customers have noted that the prices can be high, especially for frozen seafood, the portion sizes are generally big. The King Crab option has received mixed reviews, with some diners appreciating the reasonable pricing of the seafood overall, while others feel that the quality does not always match the cost. Many have enjoyed the experience of digging into the plastic bag of seafood, although some have mentioned the need for better utensils for crab.
