I typically love the Colombian and tend to have good experiences there. The staff are friendly but today I bought a cookie and found pieces of tape baked into it. Was really disappointed and kind of grossed out.

Amazing Service, Great Coffee and Donuts. We arrived near closing time but they let us stay when they were cleaning up and allowed us to keep some left over donuts. Best coffee shop service

My friends and I were on a bike ride and went to get some coffee, it was about to close but they let us stay anyways and before we left they let us have a donut each for free, AND since the box was too big for only four donuts, they gave us another two for free, AMAZING hospitality. The coffee was good as well

Less busy than typical and yet service extremely poor. I bought a bag of beans and Americano. Waiting over 10 mins for coffee, checking in frequently but barista cleared orders that were taken after me and continued to chat with friends. Left without my coffee. Have been loyal customer for both personal and corporate orders. Won’t be going back after today’s experience.

Went to the Colombian because my phone died on the way to work 😭😭Emma and Theresa helped me out and were so warm and friendly. My coffee and croissant were deliverers promptly! Great service from those two. GIVE THEM A RAISE! Thank you Theresa and Emma, y’all are cool as hell!
