Wow. Came in from the airport for a week-long conference and was lucky to stop here to pick up some drill delicious, whole-food, high protein low carb meals on my way downtown. If you get the large size and add extra protein, you're getting almost 2 filling meals for $20. I'll stop in again next time for sure.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing healthy flavorful meal. JERK CHICKEN SALAD MMMM. The food is always amazing and good portions. Offer meals to take home as well for a reasonable price. Can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Who knew healthy could taste so good.

New 1* review update: do not open a restaurant if you are going to serve people decomposing food. This is 100% unsafe to eat. This spinach is rotting and sweating over the other pieces. Some pieces are rotten yellow and others are black. This is disgusting.

recieved a wrong order / messed up order via Uber Eats. I called in and the person on the phone said it was my fault for not specifying I wanted jerk sauce when I literally ordered a jerk salad. She said some people don't want it spicy so they don't include the sauce unless you specify. Why would I order a salad I didn't want? My salad is dry, my salmon is bare, and I can't really stomach to eat a dry salad. Very sad calling in didn't do anything and the employee just blamed her co workers for it and said it wasn't her.

Food was okay. The cashier/cook lady saved me from having a poopy day by checking if it was okay that it was a dairy heavy dish. She showed me a non dairy option for the thing I wanted. 😊 thanks

Loved the you jerk chicken salad! absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is one of those little out of the way hole in the wall kinda places to find but the food is definitely a diamond in the rough.

The lighting was a bit dark when we were there, but the staff was quick and friendly with the order. I'd probably get take out in the future though, small tables and small space feels like it could get crowded easily.

This eatery is a wonderful hidden gem that I came across while I was waiting at the nearby Honda dealership for service. I noticed it in the Google map and it sounded much healthier than Tim Hortons or McDonalds.

I Ordered a jerk chicken wrap and soup. She cooked the chicken fresh in a pan and made a wrap huge enough for two. She brought it out to me in real bowls with actual silverware.

Flavors are amazingly fresh. The huge “small” soup was roasted tomato clearly not sweetened with sugar and the lettuce and veggies in the wrap were fresh. There had to be at least a quarter pound of chicken in the wrap. At $16.50 the prices are quite reasonable given the size of the portions

They have curry and Thai flavors of bowls, salads and wraps and sides of hummus. Well worth your time and money.

I had the balsamic linguine and my bf had the pad Thai. Both very delicious, couldn’t believe they were so healthy too!

I've only ever ordered from these folks on skip the dishes, but HOLY MOLY. I always order the Caesar wrap, a soup and a small jerk salad and it is always dynamite! I would highly recommend eating from here. Great value. Make sure you're good and hungry beforehand lol

Have been coming to Greenhouse for over 10 years - let's just say I enjoyed the old University and 101 Street locations.

Still get regular meals at this location. The new owner definitely nickle and dimes with changes and what not.

Anyways today my partner and I drove 13 km to get a meal and they were just too busy for us - they didn't even acknowledge my partner's presence. The (new) owner she clearly was irritated with a walk in client - you know because the orders on the tablet are absolutely the most important over clients who take the time and effort to come in.

Without even saying hello she said it would be 30 minutes and was visibly irritated. My partner asked if he should go and she said yes. So that was that.

I ordered online for pick up, on the app i used it stated they were opened until 8 pm, got there and they were closed at 6.. I have emailed for a refund but they have not responded in over 2 weeks. Very dissapointed.

Ordered a wrap with half an avocado for $2.50 extra, got home and the avocado was nowhere to be found. Wrap was also just fine, tasted much like the ones you get at a grocery store deli.

I ate that salad so fast, there was no time for a picture. Best salad I have had in a long time (flavourful, lots of healthy veg), and reasonably priced! It cost $20 including a $3 tip. That’s less than $17 for the You Jerk Salad. I am considering ordering their $120 for 10 meals deal, because I could eat that every day! The place is clean, simple, and unassuming. There are tables to eat in, but it looks like they do a lot of catering, so there is an open faced kitchen with people working, and you just come to the counter to order. I’ll be back!
