The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - South Edmonton Common

Me and my best friend went to the keg south common, and I have to say, it was amazing, I knew I picked the right spot to eat immediately! I wanna thank all the extra staff and waiters that made our visit amazing and well worth the extra dollar! We even got a free piece of their AMAZING mocha iced cream cake! To die for! And our steak were cooked to our liking, 10/10 and specifically wanna thank our server, Ben. G, thank you for making my friends first experience at the keg the best! We will definitely be back soon!

Tyrone was amazing! I have celiac disease and he made sure there would be no cross contamination. He made our anniversary a wonderful night!

We had a gift card for our 50th anniversary (past November)but becuz we live in a town that doesn't have a keg, and any other cities near us (like Calgary or Med Hat) well to say it politely, their food, ambience and service really is sad on ALL levels) ! They Don't give the Keg vibe as you do! So we've been waiting to come to Edmonton South Common. And finally we were able to! Woohoo! Three hour drive and Ten months late for our 50th anniversary but it was definitely worth the wait. We didn't just have great food but an awesome server, Morgan. As well, we had Dexter and Brad mingle with us. Extremely enjoyable interactions of these young guys and us old people. lol Thank you for always being there for us.

Our server was amazing, so attentive and personable. He made the experience that much better. Food was great and the manager that came and checked how our meal came out was very kind. Thanks for making our last date night before we get married so awesome!

The experience was amazing from the moment we walked in the front door! The food was phenomenal, beautifully presented and plated, the taste was exquisite! Everything was piping hot. Our server, Hayley was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable, she was a pure joy from the moment we sat down! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the add Oscar, it was an extremely small portion for the $13.00, I believe there were 3 scallops and 4-5 small shrimp, 3-4 small asparagus... the flavour was good, just seemed like a small portion... charge $3 more and give more maybe ... overall.. highly recommend and will go again and again... the Keg is always a wonderful experience...

As always, the service and the food were outstanding. Always enjoy a good dinner at the Keg.

High level of service and delicious food are the advantages of this restaurant. But if you want a quiet and intimate atmosphere, it is better to choose another establishment, because the high noise level here will not allow you to relax and retire.

If you are in around the 5:00 - 8:00 times it can be slower than you might expect. We allotted two hours for a relaxed dinner with appetizers but should have allotted 2.5 hours if you want to have a coffee / dessert after dinner. The service was excellent and friendly, and the food very good. We would certainly return.

Food was a top notch as usual service was very good as well just incredibly noisy, and I found if you are not sitting in a booth, The tables are awfully close to one another.  my husband, and I were sitting at a table and we were so close to other tables that the server was not able to get through between us. 

Our server, Morgan, was very nice and very patient with my father-in-law who has dementia. He did not let on that there was any problem at all! We really appreciated that. The food was great, as usual. Thank you for a great experience.

My server, Emmy, was outstanding. It was a perfect visit. Thanks, Emmy & KegSouth. Exceptional.

You can always count on a great meal at the keg!

Our go to place for special celebrations. Chris provided excellent service and meals were delicious as we expected.

Didn't like that the tip was already added to the bill, tips are added by the the customer not the restaurant
