All you can eat wings, yes please. This is a great way to spend a few hours avoiding the heat or cold. Plenty of fun games and it has my personal favourite, Mario Kart.
Can be a little crowded on weekends but the mall always is. Always a good time here especially if you have people to go with.

2 of us went in a Sunday night, had dinner and bought the unlimited games pass for $40. The service was excellent, and the food was good. We enjoyed trying out the games. We would definitely come back.

My husband and I came tonight (Monday night) and left pretty disappointed. We’ve been coming here for late-night arcade games for years, but lately it feels like the experience has gone downhill. Games we used to enjoy have been adjusted to make winning points or hitting jackpots much harder, which takes away a lot of the fun.
What made tonight especially frustrating was how many games were out of service. Since it was half-off credits, it almost felt like this might have been intentional, which was disheartening. We’ve always loved coming here, but after repeated experiences like this, we’re starting to consider trying other locations instead.

I waited a full 10 minutes just to be seated while the staff stared right through me. Finally got a table, only to be completely ignored for another 20 minutes apparently, I was wearing an invisibility cloak because not a single server bothered to look my way. Absolutely pathetic service. Save your time and money this place isn’t worth it. Never. Coming. Back.
Really fun. Plenty of activities at great prices.

Arcade games kept breaking down. An error was made when we bought our tickets and we were charged twice took so long for them to fix. They were friendly and kind about it. But with how often their games broke, id try a different location.
Overall it’s pretty bland and the staff there really aren’t too attentive. The food is over priced for what you get.
Definitely the last choice for a location if I’m choosing rec room.

The last time I was here wasn't the greatest experience. Some of the claw games my daughter and I were trying to play malfunctioned on us, we had a 600 ticket wheel we clawed and mid transfer to the drop off, it stopped working all of a sudden, this happened to a few others too. We did get a free turn on another similar game, but there were a few other games I lost credits to as they weren't working properly. In the restaurant area, the waitress took such a long time to get us drinks and didnt come back until one of us went over, even then she took forever to come back. From where we were sitting, it didnt seem that busy. Might be a while until I return here again, as this things just didnt make it seem fun. The games are fun when they work properly and most of them do but the ones we wanted to try didnt seem to work as well. Worth to check out and maybe this was just a let down for me that day and you may have a better experience.

It was my birthday on Sunday, and around 8:00 PM, my fiancé and I headed to The Rec Room hoping to play pool, have some drinks, and grab a bite to eat. When we arrived, the pool tables were all occupied, so we decided to order food and wait for one to open up.
A host approached and asked if we were sitting or eating. I told her we were just waiting for a table and would let her know once we were ready. When we decided to order, my fiancé went to buy a bracelet for the pool table while I went up to the host to ask how to order food and drinks. She gestured toward the bar and said I could get drinks there. I found that odd—wasn’t there table service?
I grabbed a menu and returned to our table to decide on food. Once we knew what we wanted, there was no one in sight. I walked around holding the menu, trying to find someone to take our order. The staff were chatting across the room at the host stand. It felt like I was chasing service instead of being served.
Eventually, I gave up and ordered everything at the bar. To be fair, the bartender was great—friendly and efficient. I asked if the food could be brought to our table, but since I ordered at the bar, I was told I’d need to pick it up myself.
Our pool table was in a completely different area from the bar, so I asked the host again if someone could bring the food to us. She said she’d get bar service to bring it over. At this point, I was confused: who exactly is responsible for service here? Why was no one proactive about taking our order? Why is the bartender handling food delivery instead of the host, or at least pointing me to someone who could help?
It felt disorganized and impersonal. If you’re going for food and drinks, I recommend eating elsewhere first. The games are fun, and the bar service is solid, but the overall dining experience was frustrating. There was no clear system, and the service just wasn’t there.
Very nice!
The games are in great shape too.
