I recently visited the Rec Room with my son, on my Birthday, to play some pool. The pool tables were so unlevel the balls would all roll to one hole. We tried another and it wasn't any better. Every pool cue was broken as well. Very expensive for a poor experience. Decided to get a glass of beer....9.00 dollars! After pool we decided to have a game of air hockey. Took all our credits but gave us no game. Tried the pitching game next. Didn't work properly. I understand maintenance is a huge variable cost but is essential for repeat customers. Never again will I go back there.

The rev centre should improve their karaoke . The songs are very limited . Also , the DJ or emcees are the ones singing over and over again, they should give chances to the clients of the rec center who came to eat and sing. We also noticed that the and emcee or the DJ was the one who picked out the songs In the song lists. While most bars or karaoke’s are already using you tube or special machines which contained almost all of the songs in this world, the rec center in west Edmonton mall for some unexpected reasons have very very limited songs and again the looks like the DJ was the only enjoying because looks like they are the ones who add the songs. They are using the same song lists everyone and then and there is no improvement. That is why some of the clients looked for other venues . The owners or senior management should evaluate the services provided. The clients of the center should be enjoy the facilities In full as they at Paying…consequently, it is the DJ or their friends are the only ones enjoying as what we observe.

I visited the wem location on a Saturday for some fun. We arrived and of course it's Christmas so it was packed with weekend Christmas parties. That was fine. Except the waitress who was serving us was new and not experienced enough to know which drinks she was placing infront of us after we ordered. She was kind but clearly rushed to fill a position for high season. That and the food took an hour and a half to get to our table - again, a busy Saturday and they blamed it on all the Christmas parties, but if these are booked in advance - why is staffing not appropriate for the demand? That and half their game machines are either out of service or not working. The south side location is usually better for that.
Overall - there is room for improvement considering how much people come and spend here on the regular.

-tried to buy promo, 3 employee didn't know what the promo was including supervisor. Why advertise a promo if noone knows what it is -one of the shooting gun didn't work, so I went to get credits back. I was told it is a known issue. Then why do you have it still open. It should have closed sign. Trying to scam people

I heard there were pinballachines here. The staff was no help at all. I asked two different staff members if they had pinball machines, and both couldn't tell me if they had them or not. I took a look around myself and didn't see anything of interest.

Called the south side location to see what sup and was told they are getting tons of calls about the same thing about west Rec Room

Went for a Christmas party recently and was very surprised by how nice it was. The food was buffet style and was all around tasty but I have to say that the service was top notch! Huge thank you to the evenings staff, Jinkee and Liam who were extremely attentive, professional and made the evening absolutely a pleasure. Would definitely recommend.

Nice ambiance perfect for a small gathering and celebrating special day so many games for kids and adults. Nice bar even more nice bartender and amazing staff.

I came to the rec room for an event. The music was really loud. There was no menu or drinks menu offered, although a server did come around. We were told the kitchen was backed up and we could only order drinks for at least 15 minutes. Our event was pre arranged yet they said the kitchen was short staffed. I ordered one cocktail and paid 15. It was not worth 15. The main space feels and sounds like a casino had a baby with Chucky Cheese. It's very open concept and reminds me of four classes simultaneously having indoor recess in a gym.
