Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. The restaurant was incredibly dirty and a homeless person was in the women's washroom for over an hour while customers were told to go across the street.
I’m disappointed of the staff, I got wrong order when I got home but she didn’t say SORRY! I have important schedule that time instead to come back there.. too much talking that’s why they not focus in there job!

Here at 930 am on a Saturday morning. Attempted to use the washroom and the women's washroom had urine all over the seat and floor, no toilet paper or paper towel, someone's pants on the floor. I came out and told the staff and asked to use the men's washroom instead. That washroom was no better. The urinal was backed up and I almost puked from the smell. Fruit flies all over in there.
