Tim Hortons Reviews
Used the drive through. Person at window had no social skills and did not acknowledge me in any manner except to push the payment machine my way. They did not respond to my question and quickly turned their back on me when I had order in hand. Once I was home I found the mocha that was orders only 3/4 full and the other part of the order the coffee was not very hot.
Tried to call the location and no one picked up the phone.
I have no complaints about the product but would like to relay a safety concern at the restaurant. Around noon on Tuesday, June 14, I came in for coffee and pastry with my 20 year old granddaughter. I asked if I could use the woman’s bathroom whereas the staff member unlocked the door and opened it. I continued to push the door open as I entered. Tim Hortons is a popular spot in the city, known for its good service, affordable prices, and polite staff. The café gets busy during peak hours, but wait times are generally short, especially for drive-thru customers. While the staff is usually pleasant and attentive, experiences can vary; some team members are friendly and helpful, while others may lack social skills. The location serves a range of food and beverages to suit various tastes, including popular items like the Lime Cilantro Chicken Loaded bowl. However, some customers have found this bowl to be mostly rice with very little vegetables, although the chicken is plentiful.
The store is clean and well-organized, with a comfortable seating area where customers can sit and relax for a few minutes. Despite occasional minor issues like technical glitches with the drive-thru system, the staff generally remains kind and accommodating. Customers often notice that service is friendly, especially in the evening, with staff making sure orders are right and timely. However, there have been reports of drinks being served not at the right temperature, such as coffee that is not very hot or a mocha that was only 3/4 full. Overall, Tim Hortons is a reliable and pleasant spot for a quick bite or coffee on the Southside, though some aspects may need improvement.
