Lady with a septum piercing was very rude at 2:30 nov 16 we got our through the drive though order and they gave us a cookie instead of a breakfast muffin and when we told them they claimed we never ordered and gave lots of attitude and she started getting mad and raising her voice over somthing that wasn’t a big deal and could have been a easy fix.

She started giving us attitude and once we finally received our right order. We confronted her for the disrespect we received and she started yelling at us to get out. this happened nov 16 at 2:30.

I find this location pretty on point when it's comes to availability of their products. Their display cabinet is always fully stock especially at peak hours of the day. This is the sole reason why this has become my go to location.

Yesterday around 11/11:30am, I received the best drive through service I have ever experienced in this city! The man had a cheery tone, he was appropriately attentive, we were able to tell him our order without being talked over, or without great confusion or miscommunication and he seemed to, at the very least, not mind the work he was doing! It honestly was a really nice a refreshing break from the usual experience.

I am only here because of the exceptional customer service I received by TAYLOR! The staff messed up on my order and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue. I usually don't give a review because usually every time I go anywhere I only get a W, This time I got a WOW EXPERIENCE. I've been to a lot of EXTREMELY HORRIBLE Tim Hortons. However, this was the best LOCATION i've ever been to in my entire time going to Tim Hortons. This location is so well run, They even gave me 2 timbits for my dogs that was a first I especially want to give my appreciation and my thanks to one of the managers named Barb and their AWESOME STAFF. Thank you ? ???????????☺️☺️????

Very rude. I saw my order on the screen and it was correct. I somehow ended up with items I did not orders and I paid with a gift card, and was charged $6.00 more than was stated. I realized it after I paid and they said no it’s right. I said I didn'torder a wrap and they sorry too late. Terrible customer service.
