Tim hortons consistently underserves and underdelivers. They like to make you think that they care by posting comments like contact our service line, but try to follow that link. It is a nightmare and nothing ever gets done and nothing ever changes. With that said the budget only allows for something like Tim Hortons, so regardless of the quality or service, it is part of the routine. And if only there were an equally affordable coffee shop that actually knew how to toast a bagel, or add the proper amount of butter and to provide a coffee that actually tasted okay, until then tim hortons will forever exist.

Before that staff was very nice and friendly i came here everyday for lunch ..nowdays they hired new employees nd they don't care made ur order in the worst way possible and if u need anything else they don't even listen and ignored u completely at ur face ...specifically tall girl .
Not too bad, the filipina lady (they’re mostly Filipinas) was very nice, she fulfilled my request to put few ice cubes in my drink. However, the pastry I got was not fresh anymore, a little stale. Some tables were dirty too, probably cause they’re busy.
