I just ordered a BLT from Tim Hortons. What I got was two slices of bun slathered in mayonnaise, two paper-thin slices of tomato you could practically see through, two equally thin strips of bacon, and a single piece of lettuce that looked like it lost the will to live. I’ve seen more substance in a side of napkins. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOH TIM HOTONS?!?!

This was the best Tim Hortons I went yet. The experience was spectacular. The staff was so nice and everything was clean. The food i had ordered did take a bit, but it usually always takes a bit no matter what Tim Hortons I go to. I would definitely go back here, just for the customer service even.

Last week I picked up a dozen donuts from the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very pleasant as the staff member at the window seemed rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and politeness toward customers would be appreciated. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience in the future.

There is Girl from Ukraine, when she is working there i have always perfect and excellent orders….. For example - I always order 4 sugar and two cream coffee, when she is working i do have sweet coffee, she is not there - no 4 suger.

The staff is quite rude always. No thankyou, No Hello. Today I ordered a small biscoff latte. I don't know who made it but it was awfully. The person put the biscoff crush in the coffee and then put the whip topping. The crush was mixed in the coffee already that was giving very bad taste . Also the whip topping was very very less . I didn't get a taste of whip topping in my single sipping . This was horrible experience

I stopped by this store today but had very disappointed experience😑😑 because the girl was doing food she was wearing nail polish 💅🏻and extensions, which can risk chipping in food or harboring bacteria . Nail polish and extensions are not part of food safety .i hope your management will understand that and provide us hygienic food .
I usually come here and came this early morning around 4am and i asked for a french vanilla and its not even full and i gave her the survey code and my drink suppose to be $1.05 but i got charged for 3$ as she didn’t applied the dollar code for survey, she just took my survey and charged me without noticing anything which i gave to her. Is this customer service ? No good morning no bye nothing not a single word. And 4 am is not even a busy time, no drive thru time nothing and why customer service is so poor. The manager needs to give training to night staff. So disappointing.

As always, Tim Hortons at Parson n Ellersile's service is Excellent. Food tastes good. However at times I have encountered wrap portion to be very tiny. Overall good. Cleanliness is excellent. Service by the Punjabi girl was excellent.
