The staff is polite and friendly though there’s a misunderstanding on both ends of my order he still replaced it. The muffin is a bit dry, but still Ok. The ambience except the air quality that I can’t explained.

Hello there, I have been to this location many times and have also been to a lot more Tims throughout the city but this location is by far my favourite because they make my tea latte perfect everytime!!!!!!! I’ve never had a bad experience either and the bathrooms are decently clean if you are to compare to other places!!!!! I don’t know why there’s more negative reviews for this location?? I’ve seen these employees yelled at by street people and a Karen!! Which was ridiculous!!...

Apparently we had stumbled upon one of the few Tim Hortons in Edmonton that does not have a drive-thru.
That was not that big of an issue because the staff were friendly and filled our order very quickly making this Tim Hortons visit in the upper echelon of satisfaction porn visiting Tim Hortons coffee shops.
