Worst customer service I ever had.

It was not busy yesterday at 8:20 some people come after me they was serving before me the two Philippines lady was talking too mush and my cafe was cold after 15 mn off waiting very bad behaviour they don’t care about customers
I think that you have a good place in town so must think about your future
For me I’ll never comeback again

When I ordered they wouldn’t accept my rewards points. Other than that it was ok. The food and service were mid.

Worst tim hortons ever. It took ages to get a coffee even after ordering for pick up. Had to wait around 8 mins to get. Never go there. The staff are just jiggling around and dont know what to do. So bad

I visit this Tim Hortons regularly, and the service has become very disappointing. The staff are often unfriendly, and my order is wrong most of the time. It’s frustrating to deal with this repeatedly, especially as a loyal customer that works in the mall. This location really needs better management and training to improve customer service.

That’s really weird, they closed online order before 7pm . Went to the store before 10 minutes. This behaviour doing all the time.

Long line up but fast. Newly renovated but looks the same for me.

Was excited to see Tim was finally open after their renovations. However, had a horrible experience with their food selection. It was only 5pm and I asked for a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese only to be told they don’t have sesame bagels. Asked for a cheese biscuit instead. Paid for my order and when I received my biscuit, I noticed it wasn’t a cheese biscuit and when I told the cashier that it wasn’t a cheese biscuit, I was told they don’t have cheese biscuits!!! When I made the order, the cashier asked me if I wanted cream cheese for my cheese biscuit and she also asked if I wanted my cheese biscuit toasted. Obviously she knew I ordered a cheese biscuit and should have told me they don’t have cheese biscuit before cashing me out 😡. Ended up with a plain biscuit since I already paid for it….definitely disappointed with this visit because I really don’t like plain biscuits 😡😡
