App does not work. Supervisor not helpful. Call centre closed. Very poor experience.
Weird rules in this location as they have “limited” amount for strawberry and blueberry timbits. I want to buy 10 pieces of timbits and I want mixed flavors of chocolate, strawberry and blueberry, and the cashier told me that they can only give me one piece of strawberry and one piece of the blueberry while the rest will all be chocolate. Because they have a rule for giving out strawberry and blueberry timbits. I have never had the same experience like this before in other tim hortons. Hope the this review will bring attention to headquarters and address this problem.
The serving staff was shouting at me while I was discussing the food and the size of the coffee cup. They clearly do not know how to handle customers. I am very disappointed with the service. If you don’t know how to engage with customers, why are you working in customer service?
The experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing, as the staff had a very indifferent attitude and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Whether it's impatience during the ordering process or perfunctory responses to customer inquiries, they all leave a very poor service experience. I hope the store can strengthen employee training and improve the overall service level.
The food was good but the customer service is not upto par. I visited today and old lady served me at counter. I don't know her name as she was not wearing any name tag. She was very rude and unwelcoming.
A very busy place where you have to wait more than 15 minutes and stand for a long time to get a spot, but still a good location.

I bought a coffee from Tim Hortons on Sunday morning November 3rd, 2024 and also bought a Croissant. The coffee was horrible and I could not finish it, the croissant was overheated and hard. My overall experience was really bad.

Lourdes a lady who was working there , she was very rude. I gave her coupons which she didn't accepted claiming as wrong coupons. Although they get accepted everywhere.She did this thing twice with me.

I was waiting to place an order and no one was asking me about order & a boy just started to take orders on another desk.In fact they were laughing with each other.I know its a buzy location but even you should respond to customers who are waiting.Its my humble request to owner please teach customer service to your employees……
Always this place is packed with people and long queues, but I see the staff is working hard so that no one is dissatisfied with the wait times. Yesterday got their Nutella cold brew one of the new flavours of this year. The sitting arrangement is good. You can watch over any ice skating or hockey matches going on or any event happening that day.
