Was excited to see Tim was finally open after their renovations. However, had a horrible experience with their food selection. It was only 5pm and I asked for a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese only to be told they don’t have sesame bagels. Asked for a cheese biscuit instead. Paid for my order and when I received my biscuit, I noticed it wasn’t a cheese biscuit and when I told the cashier that it wasn’t a cheese biscuit, I was told they don’t have cheese biscuits!!!...

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently. The coffee was fresh, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted just right. What really stood out, though, was the service—especially from Allaisa. She was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with my order. On top of that, she’s very pretty and has a warm smile that made my visit even better. You can tell she cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. Definitely coming back soon!

The workers here are always smiling and greeting the customers with a good morning or how are you, which I think is amazing because it could make someone’s day. They’re always busy and the mall is loud so I don’t know how they manage to run the store so well. Food and drinks are always great. I think that they are doing a very good job.
