Would give it a zero if I could..I usually come to this store but donna what i did wrong with the guy name kane-ken ,can't spell well sorry for that , I ordered 4 coffee in walkin period time , I was in rush cause my job timing was nearly 5minutes left for that and I didnt check the coffee well ,and I left and guess what all 4 cups of coffee were half. They supposed to fullfill right ..I agree not 100% atleast 90% you should fill it.. It was Only 60% that guy filled the coffee like I paid full amount medium and I get in that amount of small portion cup holly molly.. , I visited this store many times it never happend because there was an other guy curly hair dark he is a good . But this time some new guy name called kane .. He ruined it even thouh he can't listen properly I need to tell him same thing 5-6 times and he keep .....Now management please stop giving customer helpline number if you can't operate it well from your side. Not having tht much time that I write on customer support complain and dial 1888 -1616..This is the probelm I faced in this store I shared already over here and not enough time to write and talk with cusomter support for your defence you can say it but from my side i did it ....

Their in store scanner has been unavailable for the past few weeks with no mention of it being fixedEDIT : Their scanner works inside now and I've changed the stars accordingly.

Addition to my older post.I thought I'd try again with Tim's.Today I ordered a farmers sausage and bacon wrap, the egg was slimy and wet and half the size the entire wrap used to be, so shrinkflation is alive and well at Tim's, the coffee was a medium which is what a small used to be. The coffee taste is dry and bitter even as a DD.Oct 29, 2023.*The quality and taste has gone down significantly over time. It used to be my favorite. Note though I avoid Tims. Uncanadian I know but I just can't do it.
