17 min waiting for a flatbr3ad no customers in restraunt at cash and only 3 went through the drive thru. 2 employees arguing outside about how things are done. Employee appeared to be scolding a manger in front of customers. Got flat bread burnt. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Had to drive back through the drive thru to get my order of flatbread and still.was made to wait another 5 min so 23 min in total waiting with no longer line ups.

Amit went about and beyond with our order even making me my steamed milk with vanilla since I don’t like coffee or tea. He advised me that he would have to charge me for a latte which was fine but was extremely pleasant and kind. His service was probably the best I’ve ever received at any Tim Hortons!

Shitty service . 3 days in a row CRISPY chicken was ordered but served slow cooked. Disgusting, say your out or figure out how to listen
Usually come every Monday and get a Mocha (coffee and hot chocolate) with 3 cream. Its not the first time they decided to give me just sad watered down hot chocolate no coffee what so ever and having me go back in line instead of confronting me at the window that it was wrong. When I went back and asked to get a new one made they were worried it would effect their drive times (the time it takes for a customer to get in and out of the drive through with their order) not the fact it was put in the system correct but was made wrong. They weren't worried about the customer but their drive times. Train your employees better as someone who works customer service and food your failing what customer service is. Also rushing people out of the drive thru like they are a inconvenience is not okay to do to anyone.

The Tim Hortons in Beaumont continues to uphold its traditional values of excellent service and friendly staff. Their attentive and caring approach makes a significant difference in the quality of the food. It’s undeniable that food tastes better when it’s served with genuine affection.

I come to this tim hortons every morning and I get amazing service even though they are always busy! I give hats off to one co worker there that stands out amongst the rest. Her name is Geri. From what I've observed, she's so nice to all her team mates and very helpful and also such a darling to customers. Koodos to you Geri for always bringing a positive attitude!

Last night around 10:40 pm, my bus dropped me off in the Tim Hortons parking lot. It was cold out so I went inside, ordered a tea, and planned to sit down to warm up. I also needed to use the washroom but both washrooms were blocked off with wet floor signs.
After I sat down with my tea, the gentleman who served me came over and said, “excuse me ma’am, we are closing.” I apologized and asked what time they closed. He replied, “now — in one minute.” A woman then unlocked the front door specifically for me to exit, and locked it again behind me.
When I checked my phone outside, it was 10:45 pm.
I’m not sure what their actual posted closing time is, but 10:45 pm is a very unusual time to close. I was surprised that they would serve me a drink and then escort me out within one minute. If they were close to their posted closing time I would have understood, but this felt abrupt and unclear.

The BEST Tim's I have been to.
The inside waiting line moves just as fast as the drive through. Not like most other Tim's where you can see a vehicle pull into the line-up and get there order at the window while you are still waiting.
The staff are great and deserve a Six rating.
Way to go Tim's 99St & 34Ave.
