It’s hard not to come off as patronizing and rude when orders are consistently wrong. Three times in a row I have come in I asked for a london fog 1 tea bag in, 1 out. And every time they put two in. I also asked for the drink to be remade and they didn’t twice, they just took the second tea bag out. I have even explained that it makes the tea too strong and not drinkable. A $6 drink should be made the way the customer asks. There’s never an acknowledgment that they screwed it up either it’s like it’s an imposition for them to make it the way I asked even though I have ordered from here regularly for 6 months now. I now have a drink that is too strong that I am not even drinking it, when normally it is finished within 10 minutes.. getting to the point where I’m just not going to come here cause its not worth the hassle.

Early this morning (August 10) at around 2 in the morning my friend and I went to use the drive thru at this location. Never having a problem at this location or any other Tim Hortons when it came to ordering at the drive thru. Last night was no different, we rolled up and placed our order for a couple of drinks and a couple donuts . We were ignored once we got to the window to pay the 2 employees inside were busy we assumed putting our order together. After about ten mins my friend tapped on the window to see what was taking so long. The woman who came to the window told us that they wouldn't serve us , they were getting the order ready for the car behind us. As if it wasn't bad enough getting refused service they didn't need to make us wait for absolutely no reason for 10 minutes. Now I'm not sure of the logic behind this employees actions but I should mention that we were on bicycles but as I mentioned before that's never been a problem at any Tim's location ever so what was the issue this morning, I have no idea. I do know that I won't be going to Tim Hortons any more due to their lousy rude and highly discriminatory treatment . I urge other cyclists to follow suit.

Asked for double toasted belt I had to wait 9 mins when there was no one in line They served me different bagel Plus i said no butter just cheese Then they too it up by giving it to a different customer on a wrong dine in order And the weird thing why she is scratching her back and dealing with cash and making sandwiches No more stopping at this branch Every time there was a different story

I have ordered oreo mocha iced cap and vanilla iced cap that’s my regular drinks and taste like disgusting. It’s taste like water and they didn’t completely listen my order. Totally worst experience.
