The other staff stood by not helping customers, noticing me, and ignoring me as well. This is not my first experience being ignored by staff at this location.

You would hope you'd have fast service on a Sunday when you have 4 people working and 2 cars in the drive through. Unfortunately, that is not the case.This location is always notoriously slow. If you want your coffee prepared slowly and you are not in a hurry, be sure to visit this Tim Hortons.

Drive thru staff was horrible, had to repeat order multiple time before they got it right. Bagel breakfast sandwiche was thrown together with no care. Eggs are gross. Ice cap was just frozen cream, no actual coffee. Never going to this location again.

The washrooms were extremely dirty and disgusting (not adding pics on purpose) and when the staff was requested to clean the washrooms they took at least 15 - 20 mins to clean and despite that, they did not clean anything except for moping the floors.Extremely disappointing and disgusting.

Stopped in to grab food the staff gave me half of my order half of someone else's. When I called in to asked what happened I got laughed at by staff members and management. The staff there are unprofessional and don't pay attention to what they're doing watch
Reliably good. A quick bagel belt and a coffee is my go to order. It seems like when I get a hot chocolate, the machine has run out of flavour, and I get colored water. This happens more often than I would have expected.

Very slow team, i came here on my 15 min break ti get a coffee and there were 2 more customers in front of me first they didnt took the order for 6-7 mins even though with the team of 4-5 people. I disnt order anything bcz i head to head back to my work. Hopefully next time they try to do it faster!!

They didn’t spread the cream cheese out at all so 80% of my bagel was just bread. I added a pic and it was like that all the way around the bagel the only place there was cream cheese was the direct centre. They should really work on spreading the cream cheese out more & don’t be stingy with it cause their should be 3x more amount of cream cheese they what they gave me. Also got a steep tea it was hot so I’ll give them that but tasted pretty watered down for a triple triple

They constantly are rushing you to order and after every item they ask if that all. And any time you have more then two items they mess up the order cause they are not listing. There hash browns are soggy every morning and the food portion are smaller then at other tim Hortons. Very frustrating with how unprofessional and rude the morning shift operates.
