The staff is very friendly but they need to stop clearing orders from their system before the food is actually made.
If you order inside you will wait for food that isn't actually being made until you remind an employee of your order once or twice.
And the last 2 times I went through the drive through I got parked, waited 10 minutes before going in and learning my order was cleared from the system so no one was ever going to make it if I didn't come in.
Asking for Decaf is a struggle at this location. It’s is commonly suggested that “we don’t have any”.
Dietary restrictions do not allow me caffeine in abundance but I cherish my morning coffee.
Some staff show open irritation when asked to make it since I am happy to wait. Not a struggle I am keen to have every day. I am confused as to why decaf is a problem.
I come here pretty much everyday for lunch! Honestly even if they have ever messed up my order they always have corrected it no questions asked.
As rare as that has been, I have nothing bad to say about this Tim Hortons . Always have smiles on their faces even when dealing with hard people.

Tim Hortons is a reliable spot for a quick bite or coffee. The staff is friendly and the lunch options are good and reasonably priced. The drive-through can have a slow queue, but the staff is great. Coffee is fresh and smooth, and donuts are perfectly soft and sweet. Service can be quick and friendly, making it a cozy stop. It's a first stop before going to the work site and gets busy in the morning sometimes, but speed of service isn't that bad. This fantastic location has good vegetarian options and optional dietary restrictions. Parking is numerous, it's well done for kid-friendliness, and excellent for wheelchair accessibility.
