While ordering them on the speaker , they hear 70% of the time is wrong order and when you try to tell them you have made a wrong order , lady I was talking to Carleton ,telling have to speak right on the speaker .
Not impressed, what’s the point of ordering an vanilla ice coffee when they aren’t going to even put the vanilla in and give a water down coffee :)
I have this sandwich a few times this week from different Tim hortons around the city and the one I just received from this store is the most fresh and delicious product I have had from Tims for awhile. Highly recommend.
Nice Tim Hortons restaurant. My visit here was brief as I only bought an Iced Cappuccino and left. The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly. Easy access and open for all. Standard Tim’s so that when you enter you will feel familiar with the products and store.

Hardly ever leave 1 star reviews. Really disappointed in the service at this location.
Ordered a bagel & 2 hash browns. Bagel had almost no cream cheese on it & a hash brown was missing. Didn’t notice until we got home.
Drove back & let them know there were mistakes. We were polite & there was not a single apology on their end. They remade the bagel & hash brown. I said thank you twice & they didn’t respond.
Standard customer service to apologize for mistakes & at the very least, the common courtesy to have manners with customers.

Dirty, smelly, and repulsive. Worst one I've ever been to. It's insulting to customers when staff refuse to wear hairnets and are constantly speaking languages that aren't English. 3/4 full drinks stale doughnuts flys in doughnut display cases.

Absolutely terrible food. I order a bagel and herb garlic cream cheese and the cheese is so skimpy that I can't even taste it let alone see it. What little is put on the bagel is less than one tablespoon. Tim's has become cheap, but this location is the worst in the city. The first time this happened I figured it was just an error but I see now that cheapening out on the product is now standard practice.

Went through the drive through this morning and asked for my 2 coffees and a cheddar egg croissant. Instead I got a maple bacon croissant that was half frozen and quite gross. I’m upset I spent $11 on something that was so unsatisfying and not what I ordered :/

Went to get a coffee and a hot chocolate at 10:39pm. Store is listed open until 11pm. The drive-thru was closed. The doors were locked. The staff were inside closing up/wiping down...
My dude, I don't blame people for trying to go home right at 11pm, but if you tell Google that you are open until 11pm, at least let me get the basic Tim Hortons stuff until 10:55! Isn't this a corporate thing as a chain multinational? Be open during opening hours? It's not that something happened-- the staff were cleaning up. No signs on the doors to indicate any reason for closure.
Sorry to be all Karen, but... coffee! Some of us have addictions!

They will hurry you and lie about what’s in the bag just to maintain their drive thru time.

This review is specifically about the drive-thru. What happened to talking to customers these days? Just hand the food through the window to the customer. Don't say hi, bye, thank you or even make eye contact. I'm sorry if I inconvenienced you by giving you business.
