I mean it’s TH food. I’m not expecting a gourmet dinner but the atmosphere was disgusting. Staff doesn’t clean the bathroom, bathroom door is broken, there are no outlets for public use.Truly the most disgusting atmosphere for a TH I’ve ever visited.

Called a full day in advance to have a hot chocolate take 12 ready for pickup the next afternoon, they told me it would be ready at 2:15. Showed up at exactly 2:15 and it wasn't started but apparently there was a note somewhere. I wait 15 minutes and they prepared a coffee one, had to tell them I requested hot chocolate and wait another 15 minutes. Ended up 30 minutes late to the party I needed it for.UPDATE: I submitted a report like the response asked me too, filled out the forms and sent a detailed message. A week later I get a response asking me to repeat all of the information I already provided (name, phone number, email, what happened etc.). It seems they are in fact not that concerned or invested in resolving the issue.
