Best Tim Hortons in all of Edmonton they have never messed up my order in the 4 years, 5 days a week I’ve stopped there it’s Perfect whether it’s 5 o’clock in the morning or 7 o’clock at night they make the coffee just perfect XL DR TT 2 espresso shots love this store to bits. I live right beside another Tim Hortons and drive by two more I choose this one over them because these guys are great. Well done everybody👍

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, but the preparation process was far from satisfactory.
First, the staff did not change their gloves while handling my order. Hygiene is crucial, especially when preparing food. To make matters worse, the staff member preparing my pizza was not wearing a mask and was talking during the preparation.
When it came time to pick up my order, she couldn't confirm it even after I showed her my order number. I had to present my ID twice to finally receive my order. She also missed adding the ketchup I requested and was late in preparing my order. Additionally, she used a pizza cutter to slice the pizza without cleaning it, which is particularly concerning for customers with allergies. This level of service is unacceptable and needs significant improvement.
I always go on your website and Order online for drive through and I love it, it is so easy and quick.
Dietary restrictions: I would like to see more gluten free and dairy free on your online orders.

I ordered 3 drinks and when I took the tray to leave the gentleman who gave me my drinks pushed the door button for me because my hands were full. Really nice touch to the customer service!
