Very disappointing customer service at this Tim Hortons.
I politely asked if it was possible to get a wrap after 4 p.m. (I clearly said if it’s possible, not demanding it). While one staff member was answering me calmly, another employee jumped in, spoke over him, and started responding in a rude, loud, and negative tone. Instead of simply explaining the policy, she made unnecessary comments and handled the situation very poorly.
There was absolutely no need for that attitude. This kind of behavior reflects badly on a major Canadian brand like Tim Hortons. Employees should know how to talk respectfully to customers.
If management or corporate reads this, I strongly recommend better customer service training. Staff like this push customers away. Personally, I’d rather pay a dollar or two more at Starbucks than deal with this kind of experience again.
I would not recommend this location if you expect polite or professional service.

Won’t complain a lot but this is the Tim Horton I go to every morning to get my breakfast and every morning I order egg sausage every single time I get egg with egg shells in it this is not okay please look in to this. Thank you

We noticed a lot of new faces. Fortunately, Becky, Joanne, Kaye and a few of our other favorites are still there. Our coffee is rarely right when it's not one of them, so hopefully the newbies catch on and start relizing tt means 3 cream and 3 sugar. Everybody has a learning curve at first. Won't detour me from our favorite staff and Tims.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a steeped tea through Uber Eats, but instead I was sent a coffee. Mistakes can happen, but what upset me more was the way the staff handled the situation.
When I called the store to inform them, instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the mistake, I was bluntly told to “just ask Uber for a refund.” That is not customer service. A simple apology and some effort to correct the error would have gone a long way.
It’s frustrating to pay for something you didn’t receive and then be dismissed when you try to resolve the issue. This shows not only poor service but also a lack of basic courtesy. Management really needs to teach their employees some basic sense about how to deal with customers respectfully.
I expected better from Tim Hortons, but this experience was nothing short of disappointing.
