We noticed a lot of new faces. Fortunately, Becky, Joanne, Kaye and a few of our other favorites are still there. Our coffee is rarely right when it's not one of them, so hopefully the newbies catch on and start relizing tt means 3 cream and 3 sugar. Everybody has a learning curve at first. Won't detour me from our favorite staff and Tims.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a steeped tea through Uber Eats, but instead I was sent a coffee. Mistakes can happen, but what upset me more was the way the staff handled the situation.
When I called the store to inform them, instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the mistake, I was bluntly told to “just ask Uber for a refund.” That is not customer service. A simple apology and some effort to correct the error would have gone a long way.
It’s frustrating to pay for something you didn’t receive and then be dismissed when you try to resolve the issue. This shows not only poor service but also a lack of basic courtesy. Management really needs to teach their employees some basic sense about how to deal with customers respectfully.
I expected better from Tim Hortons, but this experience was nothing short of disappointing.

I’ll preface this by saying that every Tim Hortons went downhill badly since COVID. However this place is just like the good old days. Staff are ALL really pleasant, they understand what you’re ordering in the drive thru, they are EXTREMELY fast but always give a pleasant word as you drive off. On top of that the food is fantastic. Bagels are properly toasted and the donuts actually taste fresh (not those crappy day old crusty ones you get at every other Tim Hortons). This place should be the poster child for TH and every member of staff should be rewarded!
