I usually have good experiences but today didn't go very well. I ordered a meal only to wait a while my break time ran out. Other staff apologize for me waiting as I've lost time from my lunch break. Anyway when I finally got my order the hash browns was missing and I received the wrong Bagel. The cashier did not initially give me my receipt so I was unable to see if it was even ordered. Tim Hortons is a popular spot with a long line but quick service. Staff like Kaitlyn and Chris go the extra mile to ensure orders are right and customers are happy. The positive atmosphere and friendly service, especially from Chris at the RAH location, make it a favorite for visitors and locals alike. Despite the crowd, the staff tries their best to accommodate everyone, including vegetarians and families.
