Asked for an extra large tea and got a large. That's not a huge problem even though it's happened multiple times. What I DO have a problem with is when I checked to see if I was charged for a large or extra large and seeing I was charged 6.88 for my tea. Unacceptable, 6.88 for a large tea..
To start it all of, I had come through the drive through before work this morning, ordered a LARGE iced cap, turkey bacon club and a hashbrown, as soon as I pull up to the window, I get greeted with a nice "how would you like to pay" no hi, good morning or even just a total. Seems as though they struggle to listen as I told them I had a rewards card and they shove the debit machine in my face? I am getting very frustrated spending money on steeped teas only to get what tastes like straight water and milk..... even after asking for it to be WELL STEEPED. YOU WILL LOOSE business over this. I come to this location almost every day for a tea and it's a reoccurring issue.I am literally being stolen from with this quality of product....please do better.
