Customer service at this location has never been this bad, until last summer I usually come on Saturday evenings to grab coffee before I go to work and somehow I am always served by the same light-skinned guy at the window. Extremely rude! I asked him his name and he said to me want my last name too and told me to make my coffee at home. Surprisingly all the young workers have more manners than this grown adult. Please hire better staff.Parking: mostly empty

Service was great from the lovely lady at the till however the kitchen did not serve my food in a timely manor and the quality was HORRIBLE!! They literally served my water with broccoli chunks and a little cream.Apparently the same location did that to my collègues chilli the day before… unacceptable!!

Garbage location. Went in 3 separate times and I'm ignored by the staff and I'm the only one inside. This location also doesn't serve breakfast apparently. Went to order farmers wraps and I'm told they don't do breakfast. They're just lazy to make certain items that they don't have already

Asked for a steak and egg on a biscuit, got this inedible slop instead. An employee slapped that together and said “yep looks great” then made me pay for it. They don’t even give napkins to make it easier to eat. Would be better if they gave you the disgusting ingredients still frozen and made you dethaw and assemble it yourself, definitely would come out better than this. Terrible location

Minus the hiccup of my order asked for a Bailey's Ice Cap large. Got 2 had to pay for the spare I didn't ask for. Tasted weak not much flavor or any at all. Turkey bacon sandwich was delicious. Coffee I was saddened the espresso machine was out of order. So I just kicked it old school and no late night espresso shots.

just all around bad service. i visit this location since its close to work but honestly feels like a waste of money when i come here. the staff are short and rush you through the drive through even if youre the only one there? food is alright but definitely not handled with care. my wrap was good yesterday but today is so dry. super unfortunate! as some others have said, theres a location not too far from there.. definitely wont be back to this location since this is an on going pattern for others as well as myself.
