At this location, you can expect poor service and no manners. You can also expect the same food that is expected from Tim's. There is, however one staff member that is on the ball. Thanks for your efforts!
Minus the hiccup of my order asked for a Bailey's Ice Cap large. Got 2 had to pay for the spare I didn't ask for. Tasted weak not much flavor or any at all. Turkey bacon sandwich was delicious. Coffee I was saddened the espresso machine was out of order. So I just kicked it old school and no late night espresso shots.

Customer service at this location has never been this bad, until last summer I usually come on Saturday evenings to grab coffee before I go to work and somehow I am always served by the same light-skinned guy at the window. Extremely rude! I asked him his name and he said to me want my last name too and told me to make my coffee at home. Surprisingly all the young workers have more manners than this grown adult. Please hire better staff.Parking: mostly empty
