Went there on New Years in the drive thru. They used my wife’s scan and pay, told us there was an outstanding balance, I paid on my card. Turns out they charged both and we’ve been fighting for months on a $8.24 charge.We’ve been sent back and forth between the location and corporate a few times… Both say the other are responsible for a refund.
When we buy the product, if it is different, it should be given in separate packages.Like donut , timbits and muffin but when you ask them why put all of them together they say if you want to separate you should pay for bag. But all food is different and when I get my food its like garbage . Last tıme I got 3 muffin and 2 vanilla dip donut's they put all same bag. Workers are rude location is terrible.
