Visited here two days, first time no items we ordered, and give us something that is not in their menu. Second time Carina, Staff taking orders don’t know how to take orders with awards.
They need to do so much better especially on days they know they’re busy. There’s three people in total, and the one in the back is literally playing in our faces, taking his time while there’s a big crowd. I’ve never seen such slow service and they should prepare themselves better on days when they know it’ll be packed.
My group and I were there for a VB tournament. The staff did the best they could with how busy it was. And it overwhelmingly busy. Coming from a different province, the no hairnets threw me for a loop though.
