I would give 0 if i could, everytime when i go there they keep making same mistakes. I went this morning to order 2 coffees and 3 donuts but they gave me wrong 2 coffee and they gave me attitude and charge me more to get new coffee. I was very clear when i was ordering and they touch the donuts with no gloves disgusting.

Very sad looking “glazed” donuts they are clearly doing them to hot and not to standard. Tried to mention something and it was like they didn’t understand me this should be a quality control issue

During the summer … If you like bikes… this is the motorbike meet up parking lot. It’s always a good time and environment. Note it’s closed early
Parking: Can be tough with all the motorbikes over the summer weekends so don’t expect to use it for parties on whyte

Dear management
I work near your Tim Hortons location and often come here for breakfast. Usually, the service is excellent, especially when certain staff members are on duty. However, when new staff members are working, the experience significantly deteriorates, making it unpleasant to visit.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was the last straw, and I no longer feel comfortable coming to this location. The inconsistency in service quality is disappointing.
I hope this issue can be addressed, as I have always enjoyed coming here and would like to continue doing so in the future.
