very disappointed, I wish we didn't go there for my dad's birthday, really put a damper on the day by going to dinner here. Terrible food, service, and after all that and getting a steak that was more rare then well done (I ordered medium well and it came out bleeding on my plate), the server had the audacity to add a %18 tip to each of the seprate bills when we were the only table they were serving as the restaurant was empty besides one other table (that shoulda been my first...read full review
Terrible server, no one else was in the restaurant and took 20 min to get a drink, food was cold and awful. Ordered steak well done and got it rare, also ordered ribs and they were cold and tough. For sure not going back again!

Tony Roma's offers excellent food with great service in a convenient location. Despite reasonable prices, the restaurant's quiet hours can lead to slower service. The menu features standard American fare with generous portion sizes, including their famous Beef Ribs that are considered out of this world. The drive-through window is efficient and friendly, with tasty potato skins available as an appetizer. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing ample space for children to walk and enjoy themselves. It also has perfect barrier-free parking with easy access ramps and no steps to enter. Recently, some customers noted that the quality has declined, mentioning stained walls and steak that is not a great cut, but others still find the food delicious and the service fabulous. The private dining room is recommended for family gatherings, with hosts Tuyet & Brooklyn praised for their marvellous service.
