I was visiting Edmonton for work and someone recommended Uccellino for one of our staff dinners. We had such an incredible experience there, we will make a point to come back every time we are in Edmonton. The service was exceptional. Everything on the menu looks delicious so we asked our server for their recommendations and they did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious!!
As my partner and I have been fortunate enough to eat at some impressive restaurants in major cities we both agree that if Michelin Star rated restaurants existed in Edmonton that this would get one of not more stars. My expectations for the whipped ricotta were pretty high but some how exceeded. Also the salted caramel gelato should be a staple! Looking forward to our next visit.
