Watari Japanese Vegetarian

I love it, vegan menu with lots of special rolls.

I'm both vegan, and unable to eat gluten. They were extremely accommodating.

Fantastic. They had basically an entirely vegan menu with only a couple exceptions that were pointed out to us right at the start. We had a great time with our friends. The food and service were both great. Will go back again soon!

Highly recommended! They have an amazing selection I think there were around 120 dishes. The waitress was awesome, she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The food was super tasty. The curry “lamb” dish was my favourite but I also loved the rolls, the noodle dishes I had and the salads. We will definitely be back!!

After their recent rebranding as a vegetarian sushi place, we headed over to try this place out with some friends. It was really great to be able to go for decent tasty sushi without any concern about shellfish contamination for one of them! I may have overdone the avacado though...

My son loves the cucumber rolls and I love the salad bar, so this is our new favorite place! If it was on the south side we would be there every day.

Really good vegetarian sushi with lots of creative and delicious options. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an interaction with front of house, the cooks, and the owner. They've converted a few items to vegan on their menu that hasn't quite updated yet (Alfredo, various pork floss, egg plant and hummus). Excited to check it out again!

I don't normally eat at vegetarian restaurants but I really enjoyed my lunch at Watari. The green onion cakes were really good, and I wish I had ordered more. The location is great and if you can get a seat near the front on a sunny day it's nice (might be too hot in the summer though!)

So glad that a restaurant dedicated to vegetarian sushi has finally arrived in Edmonton. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everything we had was amazing, came out fast and very fresh and hot. I felt like we really got our money's worth. Try the buffalo maki roll and the tomato sushi!

Good Japanese vegetarian restaurant. Just opened today. It's all you can eat/order. There's 50%discount for one week. Go ASAP.

We did 'all you can eat' here today for the first time and it was so amazing! We used the code word of the week and got $10 off each of our meals. Innovative sushi, the best by far was the fried tofu roll but they were all delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back and telling my friends. The service was also prompt and friendly. All you can eat vegan/vegetarian sushi what a revelation!

Watari has always been my favorite place to eat because of the quality and awesome team. Finding out they set up this express location and it's equally awesome in quality, price and friendliness is a great surprise. I highly recommend.

Came here with my wife and another couple. The service was fast and every thing we tried was delicious. Would recommend their unagi rolls or mini poke bolls! Several Asian beer choices to go along with their domestic list.

Nice location + excellent service + fresh + affordable, what more can you ask for!! Yumm definitely coming back
