I was at the 127 street location and they refused to make the poutine with mushroom sauce . Made me drive 15 minutes to this wonderful location to be served the same order request. Took my order instantly. Faster service here and much more accommodating.
Please read my review for 127 street location

Never an issue in the drive through. Fast, courteous, always good quality.
Today however, I went inside for the first time in my life. Never do that! Absolute chaos! The Manager was trying hard to get things under control, but it was rough rough. Workers trampling over each other. Food stacking up everywhere. Food couriers everywhere. Zero attention to clients at the counter…watched person after person just stand there. The manager was very impatient with the couriers, and clearly very frustrated with an employee named Mery, who was consistently in the wrong place, in the way, doing nothing helpful (including helping people at the counter, which seemed to be her role when I arrived until a customer got very upset with her for not listening to her order then being rude and dismissive back until the manager had to interject). She then just wandered around with various things in her hand until the manager basically told her to get out of the way. It was clear Mery was clueless, and not in a cute way…in a way that was paired with such a dismissive attitude in front of customers that frankly she should have been removed from the floor. After I stood there a while longer, Mery came back to her til then asked “did she take your order?” Referring to the manager, who the whole time had clearly been engulfed in the trenches while Mery walked around doing nothing of value and rolling her eyes. “No.” Then found she was locked out of her til, and had to complain loudly about that. Mery should frankly be immediately fired. The apathy she displayed for the work indicates to me she will not be trainable and today she really negatively impacted the efficiency of your team and any customer experience. I felt bad for the manager who really tried hard to get everyone re-grouped. I could see that she was an excellent leader, and felt that her frustration was entirely understandable. As much as I like being able to Skip the Dishes from places like this, it’s frankly putting too much demand and pressure on your staff, and I really feel for them…except Mery, who then yelled she needed to go home. That’s the only thing she got right tonight. Update: Mery later took off her uniform and came to the front of the counter and snapped at another team member who was helping a customer to come take her order, to which the other worker gestured quite theatrically towards the client. It seemed like everyone was pretty annoyed with Mery. Embarrassing watch. Clearly painful for your team and clients alike.

This is the best Wendy's on the west end, no cardboard in the burger no forgetten drink (unlike the Wendy's on stony plain road) great restaurant on the inside and great taste which is to be expected from Wendy's! If you're done shopping at Wem and want some Wendy's this is one to go
Great burgers

I drove here on my lunch break just to find out it’s closed even though it says open, Now I don’t get to eat at all today until 8pm. Thanks management for not updating your system, gold star!
Everything is terrible here. With that my review is concluded.

Subject: Concern About Washroom Access Experience
I visited your restaurant this morning, and before placing my order, I urgently needed to use the washroom. However, Manisha, who was at the front, informed me that the washroom is only for customers and insisted that I place an order before using it.
This was very disappointing, especially since I am a regular customer at this location. I hope this matter can be addressed so that future experiences are more accommodating, particularly in situations where urgency is involved.
Thank you for your attention.

This Wendy’s is terrible made a simple lettuce wrapped baconator with no cheese order. First time they get the burger wrong they put a cheap amount of bacon like 2 slices. Then I asked them for more bacon, so they ask to remake the burger. They take it back and I receive it made MESSILY, with NO sauce and it’s the most awful thing I’ve ever tasted. They could have given me more bacon the first time and I would have been happy within the first burger, at least it had sauce. If you want to waste your time with incompetent lazy workers come here. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Absolute awful place.

Last week, I and my boyfriend attempted to eat here. My boyfriend has a lot of food allergies so, he advised the staff and ordered what he has always ordered. The employee told him they can't make what he was ordering. He repeatedly had to explain to them that all he wanted was a plain hamburger (meat and bun) and they literally told him he has to get condiments on it or just cheese. He was told that, that doesn't exist. Then they tried to give him just the patties. After being extremely patient with the staff it started to become infuriating. The staff got very upset with my boyfriend and began laughing at him because of what he was trying to order. This is outrageous. Meat and bun isn't a hard concept to understand. Dare I say that this could be the easiest type of hamburger. When he finally got what he ordered, it seemed like an angry staff member, decided to squish the sandwich to a flat pancake out of spite.
