Nice and quiet area. Owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Tomato soup and grilled cheese were amazing. Really nice home made taste

This was my first time in this restaurant and I had the worst salad of my life, tasted so bad, smells gross, not fresh and nobody never asked me if I’m doing okay or want anything they just threw the plate on the table and left. Additionally there were couple more customers in the restaurant, one of them got hot chocolate she complained that her hot chocolate just tastes like water and gave that back to staff and the staff never offered a remake or refund and not even an apology. Management needs to teach them customer service. I had the worst dine in experience. I hope you work on it.

I used to work close by, always enjoyed the food and service that is still the same when I returned 14 years later. Under new management - courteous friendly service, many regulars appreciate Zuppa. Great food, extensive menu and reasonable $$. My favorites: the best Chai Latte, delicious tomato soup & grilled cheese on focaccia. Definitely **** highly recommended

The best foods are the butter chicken Pizza and the tomato soup. The wraps are ok as long as they're served with fresh ingredients. The Apple Cider and Italian sodas are quite flavorless and are incredibly overpriced for what you get. The milkshakes are pretty good though.

Depending on who's working, it can be a really great environment or mediocre at best. The food is hit or miss and sometimes I have even been served expired or moldy food. After a few sub-par experiences this went from one of my favourite places to one that I no longer trust. Also, don't use their bathroom unless you really need to. It's not very sanitary.

Very disappointed. No one in the restaurant, dishes everywhere, filthy bathroom and low quality food. It still took 15 minutes to get a chicken wrap

Zuppa Café has officially become my new go-to spot in Edmonton! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — the perfect blend of cozy and modern. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and every dish was presented beautifully.

What really made the experience special, though, was the service. Our server, Sam, went above and beyond — attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel listened to. It’s rare to find that kind of care and attention these days, and it made the whole visit stand out even more.

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or a full meal, I can’t recommend Zuppa Café enough. Lovely service, great food, and such a welcoming vibe — I’ll definitely be back soon!

I stopped by this café a few days ago and was honestly impressed. The place has a nice, comfortable vibe — not too loud, and perfect for just relaxing or catching up with someone.
I ordered a latte and a chicken panini, and both were really good. The coffee had a rich flavor, not burnt or overly strong like some places, and the sandwich was fresh and warm with a good amount of filling. I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie, which was soft and chewy — definitely worth it.

The food is really amazing and worth spending . The new owners are really good and polite . I recommend everyone to visit the cafe once because the food is really good . The pesto sandwich I ordered today was good plus my girlfriend who really loved the pizza.

I think they got new owners and a brand new staff.. The lady that served me seemed frightened, and there was hair in my food too, which they said my bad the next one’s on us.
