Best tim in Canada.This place holds such high standards compared to other tim's locations, ver clean place.Staff are friendly with genuine smiles !Food looks and tastes fresh ! They know how to properly make wraps and they are generous!!They fold the napkins nicely !And when they say, "Have a nice day" they actually mean it, they dont just make noise with their face !I think this location should be an example for all other tim's locations to learn from.Keep it up, guys ?
Went to Tim's in the Sobeys parking lot in Edson. They served my husband and I and then ignored my daughter and her children. They served the person behind her without apology.So disappointed.Went to the other Tim's in town, and they were immediately served, and when told how they had been treated at the first Tim's, they apologized for something they didn't even do. The first Tim's would get a 1 star rating, but the second Tim's gets full stars.You need to train your staff better.We...read full review
