I'm leaving one star because your Nashville chicken sandwich gave me food poisoning and berry smoothie made me sick multiple times to the point I had to get medical attention. I don't know what went wrong but guaranteed I'm never coming back.

Very slow only 3 people were working and one was a trainee.Took over 20 minutes to get food.Drink machine was broken, so no refills.Smelly homeless man loitering in booth behind me who smelled like piss... Great thing to smell when trying to eat your burger.
Attempted to eat in but the doors were locked and no one was in the store front at 5:30pm. The drive-thru was opened so we used that. I asked the worker why the doors were locked so early, her response was “too many druggies around, if you knocked we would have let you in”. No sweet and sour sauce and I’m pretty sure I was over charged for some momma burgers.If you want A&W, do yourself a favour and head to an uptown location.Kid-friendliness: Well the doors were locked at 5:30pm for what they said was “too many druggies”So I would say it’s not kid friendly at all.

Terrible experience watched them hand a gentleman a pop without the lid being sealed it EXPLODED as soon as the gentleman took his drink and the employees simply shrugged it off. The line of then three people took the child at the register ten minutes to serve when I got to the register I had to repeat my order three times??? When I’m face to face with you??? Terrible experience I just walked out don’t waste your time.
