had a small issue with my order today—I didn't receive the fries from my combo, and my cold drink was different. However, I was really impressed by how the A&W team handled it. They apologized, replaced my drink, gave me two packs of fries, and even included an apple pie as a kind gesture.

It's an A&W. Not bad for food as usual. I didn't realize until after I paid and had sat for 10 min, but they have limited edition collectibles of Rooty.
I couldn't see them at first because it was behind the counter and well, who really looks behind the counter? They're over $10 when buying as is. $4.99 with a combo. I asked if they would honour purchasing it for $4.99 since I had gotten a combo, AND was actively eating in store.
