“First the server being so sweet and catching that I wouldn't want croutons on my salad since I'm a repeat customer. The food is tasty had side ceaser salad, lettuce wrapped Cajun chicken sandwich and diet coke zero. This place is always good for a fast healthy meal for me.“

“This A&W is the reason I'm surviving my midnight shifts. No clue how its possible but I swear I see Norraine and Gian in there every night, serving me my tasty food with extra tomatoes and a smile.
Big shoutout to Norraine and Gian for keeping me fed at night and to the day shift team for all the random mornings I've swung by and stolen all their non-squishy tomatoes hehehe.

(4 out of 5 on food is because of A&W's fries, not specifically at this location, but at every A&W Ever since like 2010 when they changed suppliers. The chicken is good, the beef is pretty good, the bacon's not great, and the tomatoes are usually pretty not funky fresh at most locations.)

Even with that, I find this specific location to be full of people like Gian and Norraine who are much more willing to search for the fresh tomato slices for those willing to pay extra for them.

I know their names because I see them basically nightly. Not sure how thats possible or legal but I've seen Norraine specifically serve me food 4 times within 24hrs. 4am, 7am, 9pm, and 2am. Holy cow, what a trooper. Drive thru crew 4 lyfe amirite?“

“had a small issue with my order today—I didn't receive the fries from my combo, and my cold drink was different. However, I was really impressed by how the A&W team handled it. They apologized, replaced my drink, gave me two packs of fries, and even included an apple pie as a kind gesture.
The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Mistakes can happen, but great customer service is what matters most, and they definitely delivered. Thank you to the team for turning the experience around. I'll be happy to order from here again!“

“Town hall is an exceptional building. The most recent vandalism is unfortunate because the owner takes immaculate care of the building; It is always clean and welcoming. The owner cares about their tenants and makes sure everything is running smoothly. The security and lighting make the building feel very safe. It is rare to find such an exceptionally hands-on owner.“
