Great customer service, appreciate Yahya for helping me with the menu options
location, service, and quality are unmatched. only wished the “Open 24 hours” was genuine and not false advertising.
Went through the drive thru with my family for lunch. All the food was super hot and delicious. Very friendly lady in the drive thru. Clean environment. Fast service.

A&W Canada offers a generally positive experience, with friendly staff like Lindon and Kiel who are respectful and quick to serve customers. The restaurant is consistently clean and tidy, with Lindon doing a great job keeping the place well-maintained even during busy times. Customers often praise the food quality, mentioning that it always tastes great, and highlight the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Service can be very fast, and the staff's effort is appreciated, especially during busy hours when wait times may be longer. Some customers have experienced delays, such as waiting 20 minutes for a Buddy Burger ordered through the app, which was due to being under staffed. The owner is encouraged to hire more staff to improve service efficiency. Small issues like not receiving enough ketchup or poorly packed meals have been noted, but overall, the restaurant shows potential for improvement in customer service and attention to detail.
