Great restaurant in the downtown core. Great food. Great servers and kitchen staff!!
Tonight they out did themselves! Skip screwed up and delivered the completely wrong order. Refused to reimburse us for our $80 meal. Called down to Earls. Explained what happened and they had someone deliver a new order half hour later!! Thankful for the awesome customer service! Thanks again everyone for going out of your way for us after a long day and a skip screwed up!
The steak and sushi combo was absolutely delicious!! The hostess, Ina recommended it to me and it was absolutely amazing!! Would definitely come back just for it again!!
Came and got Served by alexis, from when i got there ordering food and then leaving was impeccable service overall, she was very friendly, paid attention to everything and overall just great.
Food wise, the food is fairly priced for the most part but some other things are small portion sized for a hefty price. Overall pretty good.
